I painted this small painting while snowed in during the first week of January. The covering of snow totally changed the landscape I see every day and I was captivated by the colours of the shadows. I had to work quickly as it was freezing cold! I finished it off in the warmth of my studio. This is painted in acrylic on a deep framed canvas.
